Our Services
We offer both a walk in and a mail-in repairs service. If you’re based near us in London, you can come to store to give us your device to repair at our store in East Finchley. This means you’ll get to talk to us face to face and, depending on our availability, you’ll hopefully be able to walk away the same day with your repaired device. But don’t worry if you’re not based near us, you can still receive our quality services from anywhere in the UK. Simply fill in our form online to let us know the brand and model of your device and let us know what issues your device is having. We’ll then provide you with our rate upfront (so there are no nasty surprise costs down the line) and send you a free postage label via email, so you can post us your device at your convenience. Within 3 working days, you should receive your device back, fully repaired. We’ll stay in communication with you and keep you updated on the entire process so you know exactly what’s happening with your device and when you can expect it back.
In the future, we hope to expand and set up more walk-in service centres throughout the UK, but for now, our fantastic and easy post service means you can still get our help, no matter where you are.
